Cannot add an email address #7

I am trying to add an email address to my matrix account on colony.jupiterbroadcasting.com

However, the Element Android app displays the following error in Settings --> General --> Emails and phone numbers --> Email addresses --> Add email address:

Adding an email to your account is disabled on this server
