This adds tenable_asset entities to ingestion. I think this is the right move at this time, although eventually these may be target entities that are managed by cloud providers or other asset management platforms.
I noticed during ingestion that some of the scans appear to link directly to assets, but others may link instead to agents which are installed on Assets. Agents will be the next issue for this project.
