Test board automation that should add new TODO issues #3

This should be added to the Kanban project TODO column automatically.

Turns out I misread the automation description. Issues are auto-added to the TODO column when they're added to the Project. When creating an Issue, folks would have to chose the Project to add them to, OR someone would have to monitor newly created Issues and add them to the Project.
