Goal

Create a data dashboard "answer key" and associated tutorial-style notebook.

Tasks

[x] draft data dashboard that doesn't contain any tutorial steps
create a copy of the data dashboard called 03_data_dashboard.ipynb that will be used in the tutorial

- [x] if changes were made, migrate them back to the original dashboard
