Try to increase data acquisition rate #11

It would be nice for many uses if the rate could be pushed up to the range of 5 - 10 Hz.

At least for LabQuest interface A-to-D the max rate is now 20 Hz (v0.8.0-Apr 2023). Will leave this open as an ongoing enhancement to push data collection rates to as quickly as possible.
