I have a problem all cameras in home assistant can't show image after 5.2.4 update.

I have a C320WS / C500 / C210 camera in my system and it works fine. But it doesn't work with My home Assistant when I update to 5.2.4. most important When I downgraded to 5.2.3, I ran into an issue where all cameras still didn't work to display images on the home assistant. But if I put in a new camera that has never been used in Home Assistant, it works fine and I can't view the camera footage through Home Assistant, yes, how can I fix this?

Make sure you are not overloading the cameras. Test with official integration to see if you can get the picture. Do not use more than 1 integration or other tool accessing the camera in any way at the same time. And please fill out the template properly, the sections are there for a reason, if you do not put in effort to fill it out it is really hard to help you.

Closing as not integration issue, images are generated via ffmpeg handled via HA. It is a camera / user overloading the camera issue.

I'm sure I haven't used the camera too much. Because before the update, it still works normally. and this problem in my community in Thailand, there are people like me and I have 1 integration

You are saying you are observing the same after rolling back to older version too. In any case, there is nothing that can be fixed on integration side as there is nothing broken and the functionality to generate images has not been changed for a very very long time. Follow my instructions above or factory reset camera, you are overloading it somehow or there is an issue with it.

I have the same problem and I am not overloading anything and from Tapo app everything works as expected. When I start the stream in app it is also shown on HA dashboard.

I created scripts as in your examples and called them. They worked. After I integrated them in some automation, they stopped working. Entity switches are triggered but the commands are not sent or not received by the camera.
