Feature Request: Add sensor #496

I've updated HA and Tapo Camera Control to the latest version as of yesterday (28/12/2023).

I'm adding a TC70 camera, I've added a couple of these previously.

Previously there was an option to add additional sensors on top of the two streams. I can no longer see that option so can't add the motion sensor. Is there a way to do this? Was this functionality revoked?
