Description
I keep getting the update for: "1.3.11 Build 231116 Rel.69367n", after every restart of HA. Even if I Skip the updates they keep showing every time HA starts. As if the skipped status before also resets. It's the first time it happened - with every camera C310 and C200.

Expected behavior
Skipped updates stay as such.
If applicable, add error logs.
