Documentation is severely lacking

[ ] Update the README.md, describe what Image Manager is exactly.
[ ] Add DEVELOPMENT.md with how-to's on development, basic code documentation.
[x] Setup Wiki
[ ] Update wiki with per-app-window description, screenshots and how-to's.
[ ] Setup installation guide for Windows in the wiki.
[ ] Setup installation guide for MacOSX in the wiki.
[x] Setup installation guide for Linux (Ubuntu) in the wiki.
