The Jurassicraft prehistoric plants don't seem to spread next to water - with randomtickspeed set to 10,000 I saw perhaps 6 new plants pop up and then grind to a halt after a few minutes. At normal game speed they just don't do anything. JCraft version 2.2.4 on a multiplayer server setup. I don't see a config option to do with them.
This contrasts with pre v.2 versions in which they spread like weeds.
