Help button not working #3

When clicking on the "Help" button in the application, nothing happens. Tested on Linux Mint 18.2 with version 1.01 of PickAndPlace.

This is caused by the debian package: during the making of the deb package the permissions are set to allow execution, this shouldn't happen with the html files. I'm trying to find out why this is happening, but this is the first time i make debian packages.
