Library not migrated on fresh Juris-M 5.0 install on some systems #1

Housing Juris-M under ~/Juris-M rather than ~/Zotero is cleaner, and a choice that we will preserve, but in current code, a migration can leave data behind, and result in an empty library. Short-term solution is to draft and circulate instructions on how to migrate data manually. Longer-term, we may want to look into smartening up the migration logic---but that will need to be well tested before deployment.

Decided to leave the library address as it is for the time being, with a standard set of instructions on resetting the library location.
