Fixed _handleRelated for web translators #121

Rewrote commented-out code and fixed it so that seeAlso array item get related in Zotero when saved.

Also I'm really sorry about all of the pull requests. I accidentally renamed a branch and everything broke. I had to delete my forked repository and start again.

I looked at the log of the failed check above. It doesn't look like it has anything to do with my code, but rather with the submodules links used to build the test environment.

Just popping back in to say that this apparently causes problems with notes now. What I fixed for related items broke notes.

So, I am out of my depth here.
