When anyone other than I has reference changes please make them in the document and post in here that you have made them.

THIS SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT AS WE SHOULD ENSURE THAT WE ARE NOT OVERIDING REFERENCES.

Atm I'm the only one referencing things so atm no point in a million comments from I. The moment others start I will do the same.
