Overview: My JN won't update, after I've copied and pasted the files from the update on github, nothing changed. It still says Just Natsuki - BETA, and I can still take screenshots.

Additional information: Maybe It's because I didn't paste and replace the file from the update folder that was part of the jn -1.0.0 folder in the github?

If you have the time for it, please help.

Hi @yeetusnewtus, thanks for raising an issue with us.

If you are still seeing the Beta title, this would imply you may not have followed the steps completely.

A quirk of the engine we use is that on running DDLC.exe, it will automatically convert any .rpy files in game into .rpyc: if you didn't delete your game and lib folders from your installation, then copy in fresh DDLC verison, then copy the game and lib folders from the release, then you basically ended up overwriting the update files with the old version of the mod (which was just .rpy files) - explaining why you saw no change. Because there basically wasn't one!

Could I ask which set of steps you followed from the readme?
