Bugfix/gift mechanics

Resolves the following:

• Issue where gifted outfits did not go through the gift dialogue in the event the player gave Natsuki items while the game was running, and did not ask Natsuki to check for new gifts, or quit the game before the gift dialogue

Introduces the following:

• Various writing tweaks to outfit dialogue
• Refactored some outfit code; switched to new format code style (finally)
• Natsuki now enters the gift dialogue immediately when asked to check for new gifts, with accompanying new dialogue
• Added animation to talk menu idles
