Given the larger number of cards in play with Blackjack, it has become apparent that the best way of formatting the game will be to switch to a top-down format on the desk to permit the maximum space possible for displaying both the hands of both Natsuki and the player.
As we don't currently have a top-down desk asset, this would need to be created: just a simple wood grain matching the colour of her desk would work.
In addition, since Natsuki's sprite will be hidden with this design, we won't be able to see her reaction to the player's actions in game - only her textbox when she speaks. We can look at adding a few chibi face sprites with different expressions to provide some kind of visual feedback to match the text in game.
Assets needed:
Top-down desk sprite, taking up the whole screen. There is also the potential to add some separate sticker sprites that can be optionally drawn over the top based on player affinity to match the appearance of the regular desk better (although these could be kept to the sides so as not to distract too much).
New face card for Natsuki, in situations where we don't want to reveal the value of a card
(Optional): Natsuki face chibi sprites; these would be paired up with dialogue to provide feedback of Natsuki's reactions as the game progresses.
