I think the issue here is that your suggestion can be taken to mean a few things, a number of which aren't something I personally see as being a good fit for JN.
If you're referring more to some kind of synchronised reading between the player and Natsuki, then to me this would come across as feeling vague and a little shallow: although we could have Natsuki respond with quips based on what you're telling her you're going to read, ultimately it wouldn't be much different to one of the few existing idles we have that feature Natsuki reading to herself - at that point, we would probably treat it as a farewell or potential "Be right back" style option (a requested feature in its own right).
On the other hand, if you're referring to being able to literally read the manga Natsuki is seen reading, then it isn't really practical from a resourcing point of view. While the idea is novel and has plenty of potential as an in-game system (Natsuki quipping at specific points, reacting to various pages), we'd be looking at huge amounts of artwork needed as we'd be (literally) producing our own manga: even a single chapter of a basic 4koma (4-panel) manga is usually at least several pages in length! We simply don't have an artist with that much time and effort to commit to something like this, and that's without inventing our own storylines and writing character profiles! Commissioning the artwork is an alternative, but something like this would quickly become very expensive and not something we'd be open to pursuing as a self-funded team.
While we plan for the player to be able to look through a catalogue of Natsuki's books (likely as part of the furniture system), this would be restricted to book covers and Natsuki's reactions to each one, and not the ability to read through them for reasons I've outlined above.

I came to tell you an idea for a possible new update that would be an option to read manga with Natsuki, that is, when selecting that option Natsuki gets up from the table and takes out a manga in reference to the manga of Parfait Girls and in the case of the player, a physical manga or through a page or cell phone, but you understand the idea, what do you think?

Well, for this function I don't think it requires much effort, it's just a matter of spending time with Natsuki until you get to the point where he takes out a manga and starts reading and after their dialogue the option to be able to read manga with Natsuki will be available.
