my installation is corrupted, i think. #860

Overview:

On holidays, the game starts with the text "An exception is occured" when i give her a gift, the same thing happens, and on holidays, my buttons are gone.

Hi @infonic4321 - I can see you are running the most recent version of the game, but the error indicates the code you are running is not correct for that version, which would suggest an incomplete or incorrect installation.

Can you please reinstall the game using the official JN installer here?

Also, I can see some red text that is cut off on your blacked-out screenshot: this is the source code warning, which means that you are not running an official release and are instead running JN from source. Is this intentional?

If not, then you will need to completely reinstall JN following the instructions outlined under the Installing JN section of the link I have already posted.

Yeah, you should probably reinstall the game. Don't worry, you won't lose your save by doing this.
