[ FEATURE REQUEST ] - More strawberry milkshakes!

Overview:

I thought the Staying hydrated intro event (Where we catch Natsuki drinking a strawberry milkshake) was quite good- and something I feel Natsuki would do quite often (it is her favorite kind of drink, after all). Unfortunately, this was a one time event, so this request aims to change that.

Must haves:

-An idle where she takes out the milkshake and continues to drink it

Could haves:

-A recurring intro event where we catch Natsuki drinking another milkshake she has made, and who will put it away to take out later Of course, this recurring event is only unlocked after the initial Staying Hydrated intro event has been seen

Is this feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is an expansion of the Staying Hydrated intro event.

Potential drawbacks:

It may be inappropriate for her to take it out during the winter, but her room isn't exactly affected by local weather besides the outside view changing (besides, winter in the northern hemisphere is summer in the southern hemisphere)

Made this request because I saw that intro event a few weeks ago, and couldn't stop thinking about it

Hi @RZed01 - thanks for raising a suggestion with us.

I can see the merit in the idea for sure! It's a cute introduction, and of course Natsuki is known for having a sweet tooth, so it seems fitting to revisit the concept for an idle or two.

My concern is that it might be strange for Natsuki to have a sudden supply of milkshakes without explanation: to this end, we'd probably adjust the concept to have Natsuki select a drink from a small pool of options, with the justification being that she raided the staffroom or perhaps a mini fridge by the teacher's desk - we'd likely update the parfait intro in light of this too.

The pool concept would also allow us to tweak the idle dialogue based on what she decided to pick that time!

Adding to this: we'd probably also want some kind of internal daily/session limit so she can't raid the fridge endlessly.

I always love to give some props the opportunity to shine again rather than having them as a one time only item. We could also slightly adjust Nat's lines depending what type of drink she got if we consider some variations. Like her being extra excited about the strawberry one or maybe trying something new with bananas, etc. This would also give us the opportunity to add more whenever it sees fit.
