Feature/staying active refresh

Introduces the following:

• talk_staying_active topic completely rewritten, accounting for whether the topic has been seen before and to comply with current writing standards
• Slightly reduced the visit count required for the talk_staying_active topic
• Slight timing adjustment to the first-time sudden leave farewell
