first of all, please make sure to use the description instead of the title to fill out your issue next time, so we can navigate easier.
To your issue, it seems like you aren't following the instructions correctly. Please confirm you follow exactly these steps.
To your second point, intro events have a random chance to appear. Some are locked behind certain affinity levels, time spent with Natsuki or require other actions. Obviously it is also possible, that you already seen all of the intro events, unless you are talking about Natsuki's idling animation. Therefore you would need to describe your issue in more detail.
Overview: So whenever I ask Natsuki to search for new outfits she never does and I don't know how to fix it also when open the game she's just there when I used to enter she would be doing things I just need help fixing it.
