[ FEATURE REQUEST ] - Migration to OpenWeatherMap API 3.0

Overview:

Unfortunately, OpenWeatherMap have announced the retirement of their version 2.5 API: alongside a change of the base API URL for real-time weather checks, this change also seems to introduce a more stringent cap to the number of calls permitted per day before charges are incurred.

JN will need to be updated prior to June 2024 when these changes are rolled out if real-time weather functionality is to continue as normal.

Must haves:

• The URL for the API endpoint must be updated.
• If necessary, the frequency of weather API calls is to be reduced to at most every 15 minutes.
• If necessary, a running count of weather API calls in order to prevent excess calls racking up fees in the event that a user has supplied billing information to OpenWeatherMap.

This is related to the current real-time weather functionality.

Do not mind what I just said. The auto weather change does not seem to work as of today, but more observation is needed to confirm.

Update: Real-time weather still works for the time being (6/5/2024). Don't know if or when it will no longer work.
