[ BUG REPORT ] - Minor UI Scaling Issue #901

Overview:

When using resolution scaling, the text in some menu boxes may look cropped off at the top, like this: image This has been happening at least since version 1.3.1 (which was the version I used when I first started playing this mod)

Replication steps:

If you have a 1080p monitor, set this to 125%, launch the game, and go to the talk menu. image

Additional information:

Observed on Windows 10 22H2.

I consider this a minor issue because I don't think a lot of people use UI scaling (unless they are playing this mod from a laptop or something). Conversely though, UI scaling works fine in MAS as far as I can tell- no clipping of any kind over there

Though in MAS I am using the "All Gen Scrollable Menus" submod- not sure about the behavior in default MAS
