lets rename #1

i have been studying extensively on c++ and java script, i have gone round the codes from your repo i couldn't just figure a way around it, would it be possible if you could do the renaming

Could you please elaborate more on what you want to achieve? What do you mean by "renaming"?

You're putting too few words for me to understand what you want, sorry about that :) What you want to get in the end, rename the repo, the package, something entirely different?..

joshua has plans to rename emby to openby from his fork, the whole idea behind my question is to know if you hard plans? i am sorry for my bad my English

I do not have any plans on that, all I wanted was to make a binary for my own home installation plus share that binary with other interested people. I have neither time nor C# knowledge to work on implementing new features. And I do not have much desire, too, to be honest - current state suits my needs as it is.

What I might eventually add is to add LDAP for auth, as it is something I would find useful.

As for renaming - what use it would be for me (or for community) if there's no active development? Renaming makes sense if after that renaming there would be work going forward, which is not my intention here.

P.S. I was not attacking your English, it's good enough to be understood. I was more after you saying too few words for me to grasp your intentions :)
