Allow to load/save PCA projects #2

Allow to save and load PCA projects back. It remains to be seen how it should be done. Whether to accept any drafts or only PCA made ones.

Actually, the created zips that PCA creates could be imported back and only drafts that have PCA provided metadata get loaded. There would be a need to have a kind of DraftLoader-ish solution to deserialize the data back though.

Work on this feature is moving along nicely, there are some UI related issues to be sorted out, otherwise, it gets imported fine.
