Feature has started implementation

Initial update for parental control feature. Popup window for keying in Pin for access rights to register devices page. Backend logic implemented but still need more touch up.

Added authentication to verify whether profile is adult Profile, or : 1: Child account with correct pin. 2: Child account with wrong pin.
