As our team concludes Deliverable 1, it's important to reflect on what went well, what didn't go so well, and what can be improved in our next deliverable.
What went well?
I was able to complete my assigned tasks for D1 to a satisfactory level.
Communication between team members allowed for smooth understanding as to how the team planned to implement the features.
What went not so well?
A lack of understanding as to exactly what other teams require from us meant that the class diagram was constantly changing even as we neared the deadline.
What can be improved?
There could have been more communication with other teams in order to clearly understand each other's boundaries, such that designing our part of the project could have went more smoothly.
There could be better communication within the team in stating the things we want to accomplish by each week.
