Retrospection Summary:

As our team concludes Deliverable 2, it's important to reflect on what went well, what didn't go so well, and what can be improved in our next deliverable.

What went well?

  1. Implemented lock password feature and apply configurations to all devices of same brand and model smoothly and did not have any integration issue.
  2. Demonstration was clear and client understood the whole flow.

What went not so well?

  1. Did not manage to show entirely what was implemented due to lack to time.
  2. Poor time management caused a delayed in completion of features.

What can be improved?

  1. Should better manage my time and set clear priorities on what needs to be done.
  2. Should better communicate with teammate and plan ahead on deliverables like demonstration.
