Block 'Messages': unneeded space #116

with wt-theme the layout is ok

In the JustLight theme, the message box has a fixed height with a scroll bar if there are more messages. In the Webtrees theme, you see a very long list of messages while the Justlight theme keeps the message block at a reasonable size. The downside of this is that when you have fewer messages than will fit in the fixed height block, there is a white space between the messages and the end of the block. After six or seven posts, the white space is filled.
