Profile update confirmations #144

After updating information on the profile page (phone, password, info, etc) - should have a confirmation state when it takes you back to the profile page.

Would prefer this option (same accounted created confirmation after onboarding) my profile_confirmation

alternative option with other confirmation type: my profile_confirmation2
