Update geosearch-requester to 1.0.0, change custom autocomplete URL

final portion of upgrading the tenant platform to GeoSearch V2 (per https://github.com/JustFixNYC/who-owns-what/issues/666). bumps our geosearch-ts package to use the changes from https://github.com/JustFixNYC/justfix-ts/pull/39 and updates the custom autocomplete URL to use the /v2 endpoint
