Auto Screen Resolution #296

Hi, it would be useful if you guys add an option that resizes the emulator 
window to match N64's resolution. One notable example is Rayman 2, using 
300x224 in low res mode.

There was an idea to add an option to render N64 image with no scaling and 
place it in the center of the emulator window. Since that option is needed to 
almost no one, it was abandoned due to more important tasks.

Currently the only plugin to have the "resize emulator window to match N64's 
resolution" feature is the basic CFB one by zilmar. :(

For me it would be useful if you guys add it.
