[Killer Instinct Gold] Vertical Line on Characters on Character Selection Screen #313

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Proceed to character selection screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To not see the line dividing some characters in half. Instead I see a line 
dividing some characters in half and on some, one half seems darker than the 
other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v271, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems to be in most older versions as well.

It seems that game sprites just created that way. They look like this with any 
video plugin I have.
