Update NoScript Classic #102

The latest version at noscript.net is 5.1.9, but CAA offered me 5.1.8.x. Just in case someone uses CAA rather than the add-on home page (where TBH the Classic download is not very obvious), it would be good to have the latest (final?) version in the archive.

Sorry, but CAA is an archive, not a live directory. See also #31.
