Only some icons are replaced by the theme #18

E.g. in the screenshot below Java library icons are used from standard IJ theme but package icons are from afterglow. The same problem with "Python package" in create new item popup menu. Similar problem with "New Ruby class" action which uses IJ icon in popup menu but .rb files have afterglow icon in the tree.
