error codes in the 500 range are server side errors, steam usually has scheduled maintenance every week on wednesday midnight, roughly when this issue was opened - i.e i assume this is just steam doing maintenance so i'll close it as complete

if the issue isn't resolved, and it appears again; feel free to re-open the issue
