update v1.11 - a heap of new features

main features include:

moved the files used by the program internally such as icons.txt, games.txt, and so on, to a new folder called /data/
new meta-version tracking - unsure exactly how much i'm going to use this but i've been wanting it for a while
fetching reviews from steam as displaying it in the rich presence
adding a button to the steam store, in the rich presence
added update checker that prints "heyo there's new version" to the terminal whenever it's ran, and there's a new version
- this might get the function to give you desktop notifications in the future, i haven't looked into it yet
improved the ability to fetch discord game IDs for games including odd characters, such as :tm:, :registered:, and so on

and a fair bit of other bug fixes

only a PR for now, as it hasn't been thoroughly tested enough yet
