Certain tracks layouts not showing correctly #1097

Describe the bug When uploading certain tracks not all layouts are shown and the primary track name is wrong.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/gunma-cycle-sports-center-aka-gunsai-touge-new-scratch-made.32941/
  2. Upload track to server-manager
  3. Open track in track list
  4. Note the lack of the main layout and the track name is wrong (mentions the Hot Version layout as the primary name)

Expected behavior

  1. Should see all three layouts for the track

Additional context Server is running Ubuntu but server-manager is running in docker using the latest image.

Adding layouts to ks_nordschleife with https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/nordschleife-tourist-enhanced-mod.18078/ gives a similar issue in that additiona layouts aren't shown. Not sure if that's a separate issue, can raise a second issue if that's the case.

Did you ever fix this? I am experiencing the same issue.
