Harmonizing plots

1/ Select which plots to keep

2/ Replot them with the same template

For the template, mine is basic ggplot2, if you're okay I can do all the plots with it.

In that case :

• is figure 6 ok for you in terms of axis legend size, colors when multiple lines, line type etc ?
• in the case of a single curve, is the black dotted line of fig. 7 ok ?

Figure 3 needs to be redone then (I will send you the csv) Figure 5 is temporary Figure 6 needs to have bigger axis label Figures 7-8-9 also

Attention: all the time series need to stop in 2007 (this is ok if the figure is not a time series and that you have included more patents but for time series it has to be consistent). Figures in supp material, we will see latter.

-> Figure 5, yes corresponds to issue 4 - i'm not sure to be able to have exactly the same graphic chart on colors etc, plotting with igraph is ultra-ghetto, will do my best

-> ok for fig. 3 and regression figures

-> Figure 6, do you mean axis ticks (values) or juste label ? will adapt all figures accordingly then.

-> ok for stopping time-series in 2007 ( included ? )

Yes include 2007 and I meant mostly axis values and a bit for label as well although label size of figure 6 are fine
