We allowed this behaviour as the user can set multiple goals of the same name and same price if they choose to do so. This is because there is a scenario where the user might want to set 3 goals to buy 3 cars of the same price. So instead of combining the cost of all 3 cars into one line item they can have 3 different lines items. Then, they can chose to complete the goals separately instead at all at one go. However, I do argree that this can be imporved to enchance the user experience.

No duplicate detection. I can create the same exact goal(description, goal savings, goal date) Could affect user experience if i forgot I have already set a similar goal.
