Limit certain badges from coexisting.

ie. Alumni & Active Member Staff & Former Staff.. etc

If a former member of Boston Crusaders (alumni) joined Crusaders Senior (active member) they would be able to have both.

Limitation now in place restricting Staff and Former Staff. You can still be an alumni and current member.
