Prevent UI lock on chat list #32

Currently while the chat list loads, the UI is locked. Allow user to click the back arrow while chat is loading. If chat load hangs, user is stuck. Do not allow scrolling or selecting chats while chat list is loading. Only the back arrow.

Make this true throughout the app using the progress.
