Minor improvements to demo.html and main.css : subset of issue-37 #87

Description

Move all local styles from demo.html to main.css.
Prefix local styles with 'well_' to help with namespacing styles.
Clean up html tag errors reported by html-tidy.
Verify the current demo functionality is still not impacted by these changes.

This change is a minor subset of https://github.com/JustinGOSSES/wellioviz/issues/37 (sync demo with index.js)

Minor improvements to demo.html and main.css to step toward syncing the wellioviz functionality with the observable version

[X] All new and existing tests passed. ( I ran the demo.html page, loaded some las files, displayed las text,displayed some curves, and removed curves. Also visually checked that the page continues to display significantly the same.)
