Your readme says you're complying with the MS-PL, but you're not, quite.

  1. You didn't include the MS-PL license file in your repository (on CodePlex, it's part of the project pages -- on GitHub you need to add a LICENSE file). You can't just say MS-PL and expect people to look it up...
  2. While regenerating the psd1 file, you removed Shay's copyright statement!
