Add Public Landing Page #4

Linked to Issue #3 , the website will need a public facing landing page for when a user is not signed in. It should contain a sign up form as well as some information about the application. Nothing crazy, just a simple landing page.

Public landing page has been added with screenshots and short snippets explaining what the application does.
