chartifact reaper #6

When a chartifact is sold through the chartifact contract, part of the reported sale price goes to the original author, to the session artist, to the DAO, and to the original bearer (perhaps to all past bearers?).

The right to specify the address to which the artist's portion is paid can be done via an object called the chartifact reaper.

Scenario: an artist prefers to be paid immediately for a session (or, if there is also a payment default, wishes to generate more income immediately). They can sell the reaper immediately either back to the author or to a fan, handing over rights to the initial and future income from t eh chartifact sale(s) in exchange for more payment up-front.
