Upgrade to Gradle 6.7.1.

Non-breaking changes

use updated Gradle plugins definition block
findbugs is no longer supported so swap for recommended for swapbugs (docs)
use newer version of PMD
use new annotationProcessor dependency configuration to apply Lombok
added // NOPMD to several classes due to cyclomatic complexity failures
use Guava isNullOrEmpty method to resolve PMD issue
use javax.annotation.Nullable as the Gradle version no longer exists

Breaking changes

in AWSLambdaCreateFunctionTask.java, AWSLambdaMigrateFunctionTask.java, and AWSLambdaUpdateFunctionConfigurationTask.java the timeout property was replaced with awsRequestTimeout. This is because timeout is now a generic property of org.gradle.api.DefaultTask and hence cannot be redefined.

I have been a bit lax in this repo, so sorry I missed this. I am going to close it as I just pushed https://github.com/JustinPihony/gradle-aws-plugin-reboot/commit/32ce8ab5b4fc32d9113baaed62b60260e879dd2a which bumps to 7.1.1 Thanks - and let me know if there is anything else you wanted put in though :)
