It should use the Delay Card...
-when it has it
-when it is inside the opponent [Main Income Area]
-when it can break another Bonus
It should use the Order Priority card...
-when it has it
-when it is inside the opponent [Main Income Area]
-when the opponent Stack + Income can kill the AI's Stack + Income
It should move to a territorie that Stays in the current broken Bonus or break another bonus IF it is bigger
OR
-when it has it
-when it has only 1 spot in an area left
-when the opponent Stack (+) Income can kill the AI's Stack
It should..
..when only 3 units flee to a territorie the opponent doesnt border
..when more than 3 flee to a territorie that is neutral and is in the current bonus. if not possible run away to a double border to that bonus. if also not possible run away randomly
