Update train_online attributes and change readme incorrect command #20

Hey @lakindu95. Thanks a lot for making a PR. I have updated the online learning part before I saw the PR and the readme should stay as it is: custom actions are inside the actions.py file, that's why the parameter value has to be 'actions' and not the action. Hope you are going to continue using Rasa :)
